This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

You need to delete specific translations for header and footer templates in your WPML site.

Solution:

First, ensure you have a full site backup. Then, follow these steps:

1. Access your Dashboard and navigate to the templates section for headers or footers.
2. Use the language switcher to select Arabic.
3. Click on the 'Published' link to view all published templates in Arabic.
4. Move the Arabic translated templates to the Trash.
5. Permanently delete them from the Trash.

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Please try the following steps after taking a full site backup and check if you get the expected results:

- Visit: hidden link
- Switch to Arabic using the language switcher in the Dashboard.
- Click on the “Published” link.
- Move the translated templates in Arabic to the Trash.
- Permanently delete them from the Trash.

Thank you for your explanation.

I attempted to identify the source of the issue by deleting the translation, but it appears that another problem exists.

After translating the header and footer, the header changed to a different appearance, and the footer disappeared (it was visible before). Now, even after deleting it, the issue persists.
