Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. I’d be happy to help you with this issue.

Please try the following steps and see if they resolve the problem:
- Disable and then re-enable the Rank Math and WPML String Translation plugins
- Go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting → Messages and notifications, and click on “Remove all messages and notifications”

To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.
