I'm faceing an issue to translate menu in french language

To confirm that, I've created a Sandbox (testing website), so I can analyze your website in isolation. In this case, it's necessary that you reach out to the theme author, so he/she can make the necessary adjustments to ensure the theme works with multilingual menus.
