Problem:
You are trying to translate the menu into French on your website and have synchronized the menu, but it is not displaying in French.
Solution:

Background of the issue:

as I said in the chat, I suspect this is a broader compatibility issue between WPML and your theme. To confirm that, I've created a Sandbox (testing website), so I can analyze your website in isolation. You can access it here:

Thank you. I made the necessary tests, and the results were the same: the theme does not show menus on other languages. In this case, it's necessary that you reach out to the theme author, so he/she can make the necessary adjustments to ensure the theme works with multilingual menus.

They will not have this problem.
