This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are working on a site under development and encountered an error message: 'Jobs could not be loaded' when attempting to translate using WPML.
Solution:
We recommend you try the following steps to resolve the 'Jobs could not be loaded' error:
1. Re-register WPML:
- Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites and remove the website from the list;
- Add it again and copy the newly generated key;
- In your website's admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and click on "Unregister WPML from this site";
- Register the website again, using the key you copied.
2. Deactivate and reactivate the WPML plugins:
- Go to the Plugins tab;
- Deactivate all WPML plugins (the ones that have "OnTheGoSystems" as author);
- Reactivate the plugins.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hey there,

I downloaded a Copy of your website, and the issue is not occurring there. It's likely that there's some connection issue on your side. Please make sure to have a full website backup, and follow these steps:

1. Re-register WPML:
1. Go to wpml.org/account/sites and remove the website from the list;
2. Add it again and copy the newly generated key;
3. In your website's admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and click on "Unregister WPML from this site";
4. Register the website again, with the key you copied in step #2;

2. Deactivate and reactivate the WPML plugins
1. Go to the Plugins tab;
2. Deactivate all WPML plugins (the ones that have "OnTheGoSystems" as author);
3. Reactivate the plugins

Let me know if this fixes your issue.
