Background of the issue:
I created a staging website, which is a copy of the live site, and opted to share credits. We had 18,570,145 credits purchased for GPDStore.net, which we have been using for a while. However, I can't see them in the backend, test, or live websites. Instead, it is asking me to use Pay as you go. Link to the issue: hidden link. Screenshots: hidden link, hidden link, hidden link.

Symptoms:
I expected to see the credits we had purchased - 18,570,145. Instead, I see 20,000 prepaid credits left and I'm being asked to set up Pay as you go.

Questions:
Why are my purchased credits not visible on the backend, test, or live websites?
Why am I being asked to set up Pay as you go despite having purchased credits?

I've since experienced another issue with GPDStore and it's content - all translated products content is now being recognised as translated using WordPress Editor - hidden link and it's reqesting to pay for translation.

Can you please help?

So I 've updated produts (which were previously translated) and after retraslation they both received same status ->hidden link (only BIWIN Mini SSD got new translations, all other were previously translated).

I'm requesting to credit back used credits for products which were previously translated, got fully retranslated and now got wrong status.
As well as I'm seeking for a resolution of the issue.
