I have added 1 custom filed for home page. then all field has been disable. Please let me know what is the issue.

Thank you for contacting the support.

Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, I'll recommend trying the following:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand.

- Update WPML plugins to the latest versions. Specially WPML String Translation and ACFML which are on older versions.
- Update all other plugins to the latest versions if needed.
- Then clear caches and retry.
