Tell us what you are trying to do?
We have our products translated into Spanish (from English).
from time to time we update the products (in English). for example, sometimes the product description changes or some other aspect of the product.
When we go to edit the Spanish translation we still see the old English content for the product. It isn't picking up the current content in English, so on the translation window we still see stale English content.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hello There,
Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

I understand that updated content isn't showing in the Translation editor. The problem you're having could be related to caching or a synchronization issue. Please try the steps below and check if that helps to solve the issue.

- Clear the site's caches.
- Navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting.
- In the "cleanup" section, choose "Products" from the dropdown and then click "Synchronize post taxonomies."
- Afterward, click the buttons marked in this screenshot: hidden link.
- Once done, open any of the products and make a small change.
- Save the changes and try to update the translation.

I hope the updated content will appear properly in the editor.

But, if you need further assistance, please attach the WPML Debug info in the private box that you'll see while leaving the next response. I will check and be happy to assist you further.

To understand the process of retrieving WPML Debug info, please check this link: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Best Regards,
Prosenjit
