[Resolved] Page reformats when I click on Spanish

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the homepage would reformat when switching to the Spanish version.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by taking the following steps:
1. We deleted the existing Spanish language homepage.
2. We duplicated the English language homepage.
3. We translated the duplicated page into Spanish.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to: Not sure what has happened but when I click on Spanish to see the translated version the entire page reformats. This only happens on the home page. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The entire page reformats when I click on Spanish to see the translated version. This issue only occurs on the home page.

Questions:
Why does the page reformat when I click on Spanish?
How can I fix the reformatting issue on the home page?

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

This is what I've done to fix it.

1. Deleted the Spanish Language homepage.
2. Duplicate the English language homepage
3. Translate the Spanish language.
