Problem:
When adding French and German languages to a store, the product categories of the secondary languages display a 404 error page.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML → Settings → Taxonomies Translation.
2. Ensure that for Product Categories, the slugs are translated in the 'Set different slugs in different languages for Product categories' dropdown.
3. Save those settings.

Background of the issue:

Could you please try the following steps?

1. Navigate to WPML → Taxonomy Translation → Product Categories.
2. Check if all fields are properly filled in, including the Plural translation field.
3. If any fields are empty, please complete the missing translations.

Once done, please verify if the issue persists. Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

Yes it seems both the 1 and 2 has been transated. But the the product categories in secondary language do not show up. This happens to any of other pages also. screen shot: hidden link

Can you try the following solution?

Go to WPML → Settings → Taxonomies Translation. Ensure that for Product Categories, the slugs are translated in the “Set different slugs in different languages for Product categories” dropdown, and then save those settings.
