Profile Builder from Jet Engine not being translated

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with translated 'account' pages showing as blank and Elementor templates and JetFormBuilder forms not displaying in French on their website.
Solution:
1. Ensure that JetEngine Profile Builder pages are set as Translatable in WPML → Settings under the Post Types Translation section.
2. Verify that each account page has a French translation by checking under the French flag in Pages. Edit and update the French version if necessary.
3. If the navigation menu is missing or blank in French, go to Appearance → Menus, select the French menu, and ensure all relevant profile/account pages are added and published in French.
4. Use WPML → String Translation to translate any static or dynamic text, such as menu labels or JetEngine-generated elements.
5. Set Elementor templates and JetFormBuilder forms to Translatable under Post Types Translation in WPML → Settings. Check for French translations in Templates → Saved Templates and JetFormBuilder → Forms, and add or review the translation as needed.
6. Use the Advanced Translation Editor to verify and publish the translation.
7. Clear any site or browser cache if the preview still does not show the template in French.
8. If issues persist, consider switching to the parent theme temporarily to rule out issues with child theme customizations.

Kim	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate the 'account' pages built with Jet Engine's Profile Builder, which are only visible to logged-in users. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. Symptoms: I expected to see the top navigation menu with all the user pages translated into French, including 'Saved Jobs', 'Applicant Submissions', 'Post a Job', 'Saved Candidates', 'Find Resumes', 'Candidate Verification', 'Sourcing Request', 'Turnkey Recruitment', 'Settings', and 'Support'. Instead, I got a blank page, even though the content was translated. Additionally, Elementor templates and JetFormBuilder forms are not showing in French if I preview the template. Questions: Why are the translated 'account' pages showing as blank? Why are Elementor templates and JetFormBuilder forms not displaying in French?

I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified. Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements. Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me. ✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. Kim	Thank You Kor, I have another issue with this page, each section has a "pen" button so users can edit their fields, each of these buttons trigger a Jetformbuilder (which is already translated) I selected the french version of the form by editing the french page template with Elementor, but when i test the front end, it shows the english version. When I try to edit the buttons in the french version of the profile page (hidden link) the dropdown only whos in english, although I already translated the popup I am searching for to french. Even by doing this, it should be done automatically, I should not have to translate popups and then link them manually one by one, I have over 29 per language, is going to take me forever, it should be done automatically. I had to switch to wordpress editor because i though it was the only option but I feel this should be handled by the plugin. I would appreciate your help on this. Kim	To give more context: the forms are inside a popup that’s also translated, and it correctly displays the French version of the form. So, I had to work on two layers to make it function properly — translating the form itself, and then translating the popup by manually adding the French form inside it. After that, I tried what I mentioned earlier — editing the “pen” button — but the language options are glitching and don’t appear on the front end.
