TELL US WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO?
Show different WooCommerce "Featured" products in second language. I starred different products in each language.

IS THERE ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT YOU ARE FOLLOWING?
This help ticket (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-woocommerce-featured-products/) seems to indicate that the Featured Product star may be sync-ed with the translation (and not independent with the language) so I may be attempting something that is not possible.

IS THERE A SIMILAR EXAMPLE THAT WE CAN SEE?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

We haven't tried this requirement before. It looks like this requires some modifications to the WooCoomerce's custom fields settings.

Therefore I have created a test site in our Sandbox Server for further testing of this. Testing in a fresh/minimal installation will be easier and also we can troubleshoot the issue without affecting your sites.

Please try the following steps and make sure the bug exists or is not on the sandbox site.

1) Click this URL to visit the Sandbox site backend - hidden link
2) Activate & Configure WPML, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual like your live site
3) Create a couple of test products
4) Translate it to the secondary language
