I got issue with product variations, it is not appearing correct in categories , for example in latvian language i got all of the products dry cuticle oil (6 of them) but in russian language they are unavailable. Also in product page some of the variations are not available or got missing , for example in french get i got 16 variation but in russian language (if you would count) i only got 14.

I was trying to make a backup (two steps beside) , clear the cache of wpml , browser and etc. i am sure that i did translate the all products in the right way, checked categories in setting all seems ok but unfortunately doesn't work in the right way.

Please get back to me ASAP so i could give you my login details to fix it.
NOTE : please have a look at the products and categories ,variation carefully before say all works fine!

I attached the photo's as examples what is the issue looks like, i got it in all of the products!

Hello!

1) Please go to WPML > support > Troubleshooting > Sync taxonomies (select "products" from the dropdown menu)
--------------
2) Go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual and then select "settings" and "troubleshooting" at the bottom of that page.

Run option which mentioned sync variations.

okay, thanks for getting back.

Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
If possible please provide access to the staging website, not production.

Please note, that I might need to do some debugging procedures like enable/disable plugins, switch themes, change the default language of the user account, and/or access your website database to debug the issue furtherly.

I will share with you any changes or steps done in this process. Please let me know if you do not agree with the above or if I do not have your permission for any.

I would need to access both your site's wp-admin and FTP account, if possible.

I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply.

I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned.

You can safely add your information into these fields.

thanks, but for FTP I get: Login incorrect.

Can you please check and make sure it works for you, or if any specific port needs to be specified?

Hello again,

I have checked your website, and I can see you are creating local attributes.

Would be possible for you to create a global one, from Product > Attribute?

Then translate them from WCML tabs and re-add that global ones to the default language, when product is translated it should work fine also on 2nd language.

Hello, i have updated FTP details please check, could you try to do it with 1 product, for example french gel , if it is works then problem is gone.

because I have not translated it for LT, only for Russian to show you how it works. Please translate attributes from WCML tabs and then re-translate the product to LT language.
