I still experience problems, for example there is a translation done but it does not show on website even though I refresh everything multiple times

Hi there.

Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, can you please elaborate a bit more on this matter?

1. Can you share an example of a page URL that you created (and share also the page name) where you are experiencing translation issues and can you also please let us know what steps you took to translate it?

2. To speed things up, can you please share temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue? You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I hope you're doing well.

Thank you for sharing the access information. I checked and noticed that the WPForms Multilingual plugin(https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/creating-multilingual-forms-using-wpforms-and-wpml/) is not installed on your site. To translate the text attached with WPForms, it is required to keep the WPForm Multilingual plugin active on the site.

Please download the plugin from your WPML.ORG account(https://wpml.org/account/downloads/) and install it on your site or you can also install and activate the plugin from the "Plugins > Add new > Commercial" Tab. The form contents will appear translated once you activate the plugin.

Elementor Domain is not available in String Translation: You'll see the text and domain associated with the Elementor plugin once you do a scan. Please follow the steps below.

- Please go to WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization.
- Select the 'Elementor' plugin and scan the plugin for strings.
- Once the scan is completed, please go to "WPML > String Translation" and you'll see the text under the Elementor domain is listed there.
