This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Unable to select a translator in WPML Translation Management Dashboard, despite being listed as one, and you do not receive any error messages.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps after ensuring you have a backup of your site:
1) Navigate to WPML>>Translation Management>>Translators tab.
2) Delete the current translator.
3) Clear all types of caches and refresh the page.
4) Add yourself as a translator.
5) Return to WPML>>Translation Management.
6) Select a post or page and try to send it for translation.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
