Background of the issue:
I've added editors as both translators and translation managers, but they are labeled as 'false' translation managers. Also, they can't translate WPForms forms.

Symptoms:
Translation managers are labeled as 'false'.

Questions:
Why are translation managers labeled as 'false'?
Why can't editors translate WPForms forms?

Yes, first name, last name and email are correctly added. We've used WPML for a few years and these editors have been Translation Managers for a while without being labeled as "false". This issue occurred after the latest update to WP 6.8.1 and the latest verions of the WPML plugins.

I have a dev site where this bug exists with only this installed:

Theme: TwentyTwentyFour
Plugins: WPML Multilingual CMS and WPML String Translations

Latest versions of WordPress, theme and plugins.

I'm happy to share the login credentials.
