I answered you to fast. It doesn't work. I can translate the group type name to Swedish but still. The group can only have a type in ONE language. If I click on the group and change the site language to Swedish and change the group type to the Swedish translation and change back the language to English the group type in English is removed.
My group types are translated in the WordPress editor mode.
I have enabled the custom field translations in your screenshot. I have double checked them now and they are exactly the same.

Hello,
Could it be that you did not translate the group type key (the slug of the group type) correctly inside the WPML Translation Editor?
I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.

This is what you would see if you translate your Group Type with the WPML Translation Editor and the Classic Translation Editor would be the translation method.

Andreas will be back tomorrow to take a closer look at your issue. Let me give you a quick tip, while Andreas is away:
To check if the slug is translated, you can simply:
1. Go to WPML > Translation Management;
2. Select "Group Type" in the filters;
3. Select a Group Type and assign it to yourself or another translator profile you have access to;
4. Go to WPML > Translations
There, you'll be able to edit the translation and check if the slug is already translated.
It all checks out. It's translated. It still doesn't work. I will wait for Andreas.
If the screenshot you uploaded is not for my eyes only I would like you to delete it. This is because of all the extra info you can see from the backend of my site. That makes it a security issue. Thanks.
