Tell us what you are trying to do?
I found 2 translated pages in latvian language appeared among main language (estonian) pages list, and I need somehow to move them to latvian pages list back.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve these issues.

Please try the following steps after a site backup and let me know your feedback.

1) Open the post for edit in Latvian
2) Choose *none* for *This is the translation of* field of *Language* widget(on the right side of the screen)
3) Update the post > this will unlink the translation to its original
4) Change the language of the post on the right language widget > save
5) Now that the Language is correct, link it again by setting up the "This is the translation of* field"
6) Visit the posts in the frontend and check you are getting the expected result or not
