This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the translation website is not available on their site using WPML.
Solution:
We recommend updating the WPML plugins and add-ons to the latest version, specifically to version 4.8.3, to access the latest bug fixes and improvements. You can find the latest versions in your WPML account under My Account -> Downloads. If updates are not visible, you may need to manually check for updates in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab of your WordPress dashboard. Before updating, ensure to backup your database. After updating, if the problem still persists, navigate to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click the 'Save Changes' button.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your specific case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue continues, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
