Background of the issue:
I am trying to complete translations that are currently stuck in the 'In Progress' status. I have marked them as complete in the WPML translation editor, but they are not updating or finalizing properly. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
After marking translations as complete, the status does not change from 'In Progress' to 'Complete' and does not reflect properly on the frontend.

Questions:
Why are translations not updating from 'In Progress' to 'Complete' after marking them as complete?
How can I ensure that the translation status reflects properly on the frontend?

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. While one of my colleagues reviews your ticket, I’d like to share some initial debugging steps that may help resolve the issue.

I understand that you’ve completed the translation, but the job status still shows as “In Progress” and the translation isn’t published on the front end.

To fix this, please follow these steps:

1.Navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Translation Jobs > Cancel the translation job by clicking the trash icon

2.Resend the post for translation to your local translator.

For more details, you can refer to our documentation here:
https://wpml.org/faq/translation-status-stuck-or-displaying-the-error-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/

Let us know how it goes!
