Please also check this, we think it might be connected with the problem - when you change the status of an order to "Pending Payment" or "Completed" or "Proceed" the text in the order changes to mix between Bulgarian and English and clients language
Thank you for your patience, and apologies for the delay—I was previously working on the shipping issues on your website.
Regarding the WooCommerce issue where multiple emails are being sent in different languages, could you please try to replicate the issue again? I've installed the email log plugin here: hidden link so we can monitor what's being sent. This will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively.
Hello,
You can check the emails about order #30864. First we receive an email on the language the order is made - Croatian. Second we change trhe status to "Pending payment" to see if there is an issue with delivery. Then we change status to Completed - the email we receive half of it in English + Bulgarian + Croatian. I am sending you pictures.
Thanks for your reply. I’ve conducted a thorough check and noticed that some strings are assigned to the wrong language. Please refer to this screen recording: hidden link.
I manually searched for the string in WPML > String Translation and updated it to the correct language, after which it displayed properly in the email notifications. You’ll need to manually search for and correct each string in the same way.
Could you please perform a backup and give this a try on your site?
Hello,
We have the same string few times, once at Bulgarian, once in Greece with Bulgarian words inside, then again in Bulgarian, but considered by the system to be English?
Do we need all this strings?
It is possible to delete them and translate them again? Everything is very messed.
Is there an Easy way to fix it?
Thanks for your reply. Yes, you may go ahead and delete any duplicate strings or those in the incorrect language. If there's only one version of a string and it's in the wrong language, you can change its language using the available options. Could you give that a try and let me know how it goes?
We deleted most of the copies. Again the system automatically generates a new message for confirming cookies in Bulgarian, but the language (flag infront) is in english. We change it and it generates a new one in English(only flag and with text in bulgarian language).
Thanks for your reply. The strings might have been used in other places. Have you tried changing the language to Bulgarian? Then, from there, translate it into English.
Hello
We did a lot of manual translating in the strings. Some of the strings appear 2-3 times with the same text. Is this a problem or it should be like that?
Thanks for your reply. Could you share the link to the repeated strings so that I could check what's happening? You can just copy and paste the URL from the String Translation.
Hello
I made one order. I am sending you pictures of the email the customer receives. When I receive an order, I change the status to "Pending payment", when the order is send I change it to "Completed". First we receive a well translated normal email (in Croatian for this order) - pic 1. The second time (status changed) - the email is mix of languages - pic 2. We fix 3 times all the strings, and still there is mix wrong translation.
Thanks for your reply. I'm having issues trying to open your Website. Is it still running?
