giacomoP-11	I am trying to solve the problem but the website below don't start and write I don't have a sufficient allocated memory. Now the server have 1gb of allocated memory. why don't start only Motorsportmaranello and other domain work correct? we have : Motorsportitalia.it ok Motorsportmaranllo.com.br ok Motorsportmaranello.es ok Motorsportmaranello.ru ok Motorsportmaranello.com is in crash why ?? Please add a text file on the WP root and see if you can open it from all different domains. 2) It responds with an ERROR 500. Please activate the debugging as described here and see if you can see anything in the WP logs. Please let me know. Best Regards Marcel

giacomoP-11	I have already check and everything is okay we have the first domain Motorsportitalia.it and other domain name is assigned inside wpml for other language. I think everything is configured okay but English don’t start

Please add a text file on the WP root and see if you can open it from all different domains. The main language is Italian and the related website url is “motorsportitalia.it”. The domain “motorsportmaranello.com” is the one used for English version of the site. This domain DNS configuration is pointing to the same server of the main website installation, as you will see if you check the dns resolutions. WMPL is set in order to manage different domains for every language. If you want to double check, you can try all other website languages. Anyway this configuration has always been worked, our issue is very recent (last week) and it is not due to domain resolution. 2) It responds with an ERROR 500. Please activate the debugging as described here and see if you can see anything in the WP logs. Nigel WPML Supporter since 02/2016 Timezone: Europe/Madrid (GMT+02:00)	Hi there I checked that the different URLs point to the same IP address, so that doesn't appear to be a problem. In which case it is unclear why specifically the English version of the site experiences the problem, when others do not. Are the translations of content to English complete? The translated pages have been published and are not pending review? In which case I would start with the troubleshooting section linked to on the WPML > Support page. In the screenshots I've highlighted some of the scans you can run to see if they resolve the problem. When you have a current backup try those options, and let me know how you get on.

I realise this is a production site, but would it be possible to quickly test switching the language format to use directories for the different languages, rather than different domains, and then check whether the English language version of the site works correctly or not? You can try that quick check and then revert back to using languages in separate domains so that the non-English versions work as before.

Nigel WPML Supporter since 02/2016 Timezone: Europe/Madrid (GMT+02:00)	You shouldn't experience any problems reverting the language setting, but you can take a site backup immediately before making the first change, just in case something goes wrong. It will help establish if there is a problem with the English version of the site, or with the domain setup.

Nigel WPML Supporter since 02/2016 Timezone: Europe/Madrid (GMT+02:00)	That seems to relate to a .mo language file for WPML in English. You say you removed that file and now things are working correctly? It may be that in the process of updating the .mo file something went wrong and the file was corrupted (it could be a one-time problem because of a momentary issue with the server while the file was generated, for example). If it is now working I suggest leaving it for a couple of days, and if next week it still appears to be working correctly, we could close here.
