This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to use the auto-translation feature after downloading the WPML plugin, as their page started to break down and they could not find the option to translate all four languages.
Solution:
We identified that the issue was due to hundreds of local translation jobs created while using the "Translate what you choose" mode. These jobs needed to be either completed or canceled to make the content available for the "Translate everything automatically" mode. We canceled these jobs, and now the content should be available for auto-translation.

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend checking for any local translation jobs that might be pending and canceling them to enable the "Translate everything automatically" mode. However, this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hey is it possible to give access to my page for someone to set up auto-translation. Because when I download the plug in my page started broking down and I could not find where I can translate all 4 languages.

WPML was not active on your website and I have activated our plugins now.

On WPML > Language you currently only have two active languages:

- English
- Lietuvių (default)

If you need more languages, then you need to add them using the dedicated options.

To be able to use automatic translation you need to enable the Advanced Translation Editor, at WPML > Settings > Translation Editor.

Here the Classic Translation Editor was selected and I have enabled the Advanced Translation Editor now.

Do you want to translate automatically all your existing content?

If so, please go to WPML > Settings > Translation Mode and switch to "Translate what you choose" and click "Continue". Now, switch the option back again to "Translate everything automatically" and a dialog should pop up and ask you if you would like to translate your existing content.

Hey again,

I done what you told me to translate everything automatically "WPML > Settings > Translation Mode and switch to "Translate what you choose" and click "Continue"". It only translated products but not whole page. Can you tell me what should I do translate the whole page. Thank you.

The issue was, that there were hundreds of local translation jobs created while using the "Translate what you choose mode" and if those jobs were not completed or canceled, they would not be available in the "Translate everything automatically" mode.

I have canceled those jobs now and the contents should be translated now.
