Thank you for contacting WPML support team,

In WPML, go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools, you can see your current credits and past usage. You can there pay any invoices or outstanding debts.

You should be using Pay-as-you go in this case, then a window should pop-out asking you to proceed with the payment, if you have a card set up, this will be done in one click.
