We have been using WPML and we are very happy with the plugin. However, this month it seems we used all the credits, and now when we want to add more with option "Pay as you go" suddenly and supposingly we get a message saying "Your account has a debt". Can you please clarify this issue, and tell us what caused it, and how we can fix this?
I paid just now an invoice of the amount USD 4.83. For information only, the previous debit card expired, as now it is rule for the most banks in Europe to limit validity cards up to 2 years. Can I expect as soon as possible activation of WMPL automatic translation feature for Fair Trading Technology?

Hello Damir,
Since the debt is now paid (Thank you), you should be able to re-activate the pay-as-you-go subscription from your site, it should be under WPML > translation management > tools.
Does it still show you that you have a debt? if yes, I would like to ask for temporary access to your site’s wp-admin to investigate the issue further.
It is important to note that you should back up your site and database before proceeding, and you can use a plugin like Duplicator for this purpose. Here’s a link to the plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
