Background of the issue:
I am trying to update a translation using the advanced translator in WPML.

Symptoms:
When attempting to update a translation, the advanced translator displays a blank white page instead of the expected interface.

Questions:
Why does the advanced translator show a blank page when updating a translation?
How can I resolve the issue of the advanced translator displaying a blank page?

This seems to be still an issue. I still can't enter the classic editor without the page going blank. Since I can't change back to the new version of the translator from the classic editor settings, Can I at least change it in the database? If so, in which database do I set what translator a user uses?

Our developers are working on a fix for this, in the meantime, I suggest you to use a different user for translations.

The settings is not on database but on our end, I can ask our developers to change the settings, can you provide me the user emails for users you want to change this settings?
