Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand that the multicurrency feature is not working properly on your site. Since the price is showing 0 in other currencies, this could indicate that the conversion rates or essential settings for these currencies may not have been correctly configured. Please check the guide below and ensure that the other currencies have been configured correctly.

Once the currencies have been configured correctly, please clear the caches from your site and browser and then check again. I hope it will help.

Regarding the query of using each currency with a different POS - I'm not entirely sure about what you mean by "POS." Could you please provide a bit more detail so that I can understand and assist you accordingly? However, I'd like to inform you that currently, you can only configure currency for each language.

Let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

POS is the system that allow us to pay by credit card at shops and online shops as well.

About currency: the company organizes events in different places in the world, so they have customers with € and $ and they need that the customers can choose the currency indistinctly. If I pointed $ to English what happen with people from whole Europe. Is it possible to configure it in this way?

Got me?

Hi There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

Thank you so much for the clarification. I got a clear understanding of your requirements. With the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin, it is absolutely possible to set up a system that allows customers to choose their preferred currency, regardless of their location or the default language of the website. The WooCommerce Multilingual plugin allows us to define multiple currencies and set specific currencies to be available in certain languages. However, it is also possible to allow customers the flexibility to choose their currency independently of their chosen language.

For comprehensive details on the Multicurrency functionality, please refer to the following documentation:https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/

When setting up the currencies, ensure that both the primary and secondary currencies are accessible across all language versions of your site. For reference, please view this screenshot: hidden link.

This setup allows users to choose their desired currency directly from the single product page, without the need to switch the website's language.

I hope I'm able to clarify things for you. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
