We have been using DeepL a bit more these days, since we decided to use DeepL x WPML as backup plan if Crowdin is not available. The subject of this email is to indicate that we are also experiencing issues with DeepL. So far, this post is the one affected (See a attachment) I deleted the translated post and sent it for automatic translation (DeepL) again. To add more context, WPML does detect the words to translate and gives a credit estimation.(See a attachment) |

Hi, When I change the language of this post hidden link into DE, DE-AT, or DE-CH, I can see the homepage of those languages. So I can't see the problem that the English content is shown on them. I can derive one thing from the screenshots you shared with me. I can see that translations for this post are pending review. So, if in WPML -> Settings -> AI Translation, under "What would you like to do after WPML finishes translating your content automatically?" you selected the option "Wait for review," it explains why I don't see the translation. In this case, you need to review the translation and publish it. You can read more about reviewing translations here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/review-automatic-translations/. Otherwise, if you need further help, please share the access details for your site with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply. |

Clients saids following: That's not at all the issue raised. The issue is that the translated context to review is in English. [SEE ATTACHMENT] Normally, the page should be, for this example, in German (AT) to review. |

Hi, Thanks for adding more information about this case. A possible cause for this problem is that the German (AT) language is not mapped to the German language. You should see a message about it in the Translation Dashboard. You can map a custom language in WPML -> Languages -> Edit languages. There you will find a column to map German (AT) to German. Please also read about it here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/editing-wpmls-languages-table/#automatic-translation-for-custom-languages. After you map German (AT) correctly, you need to send those jobs to translation again. Please let me know if this information is helpful to you. If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply. Regards, |

Hi, Thanks for sharing the screenshot with me. It is still unclear to me why, when your client reviews this translation job, he sees it in English rather than in German. Please try the following. 1. Go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> Translation Jobs. Alternatively, if you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me.
