Good afternoon, we have a filter on the attribute "Season" does not work in other languages and when trying to open the product in Russian it gives 404. For some reason the URL has the prefix "toode", it should be "product".
But in the English version the prefix is also "toode" and there are no problems.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I just tried this on your site but couldn't find the problem as you mentioned. Please see my screencast hidden link.

Can you please explain in more detail for better understanding? Some screenshots or screen recording 'll be helpful too.

Regards.

Good afternoon, I will try to describe the problem in more detail.
Goods are loaded in English. The default language of the site is Estonian.
The Russian and English versions of the site should display the goods without translation.

In the Russian version of the site product pages give error 404, but if you change the prefix "TOODE" to "PRODUCT" they are available. For some reason on the store page the products are displayed with the prefix "TOODE"

Thank you for the details.

Before proceeding further, may I ask you to try the following?

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and WooCommerce and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2024).

Please let me know and I'll try my best to further assist you on the matter.
