Background of the issue:
I am trying to fix the issue of mixed language items showing in the popup menu on our website. This issue occurs only in the mobile view, where we are using a popup method for the menu. I’ve attached a screenshot as an example — in the Hindi and Kannada versions, the menu is showing in English. This happens frequently. Also, we are unable to add custom links to the menus. Symptoms:
The menus are not displaying correctly in mobile view, showing a mix of languages even without making any changes. In the Hindi and Kannada versions, the menu is showing in English. Additionally, we are unable to add custom links to the menus.

Questions:
How do we fix the issue of mixed language items showing in the popup menu?
How can we fix the inability to add custom links to the menus?

Hi,

Actually, we followed this method only. The problem is happening only in mobile view. For mobile view, we're using a popup. In the Hindi and Kannada versions, the menu is frequently showing in English. how to resolve this issues please let us know

Thanks for your reply. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
