I have translated the pages, but the cart button ( English version) at home page become no function, I have elementor support to check on it, after checking they say is I need find the support from WPML, what should I do ?

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue, and it seems to happen because you use "Language name added as a parameter " as a language URL format.
The button works correctly when selecting "Different languages in directories ". I tested this on a sandbox site. Kindly check this page. (hidden link)

So, the workaround for this case is to change the language URL format.
Alternatively, you can edit the translated page using Elementor and add the correct button URL manually.
