[Resolved] I purchased a renew licence but my site is not syncing the licence.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where 'license' after purchase does not yield visibility.
Solution:

I keep clickin on sync order status and licence after I purchased but stilll not visible.
