[Resolved] I want to reuse my credits from deletede (infected) website
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Issue: The client wanted to reuse WPML machine translation credits from a virus-infected website (www.estsnap.com.tr) on another domain (www.mimozabilisim.com) . There was confusion about whether it was possible to get a full refund of credits already used to re-translate the entire site. Solution: 1. We checked the Machine Translation account and found a total of 1,946 unused credits assigned to the infected site. 2. We moved those credits back to the client's account on WPML.org. 3. We explain that we cannot refund credits that have already been used for translations, since we also pay for them to the translation engine service. 4. Clarification that the domain http://www.estsnap.com.tr was not mentioned in the initial ticket message and that the other domain (www.mimozabilisim.com) had 76,852 credits allocated, of which 74,906 had been used and 1,946 were available and not used. 5. Are you somewhat trying to jerk me? You don't understand my question. But you are taking my credits from somewhere, to another place. Do you think am I somewhat stupid or lack of intelligence?
I wanted to reuse my old credits from my infected site (www.estsnap.com.tr) my site infected with viruses. I am not able to use my credits there.
Because of this, I want to use them in my other domain. And the domain name is hidden link. But what are you telling me or doing I don't understand.
You haven't asked even one time, if am I happy with your support. I will not suggest anyone wpml plugin. You are behaving nonsense.

I think that I understood your request pretty well and I will try to explain it below and please correct me if you find anything wrong or inaccurate in my assumption.
1. When you created this ticket, you mentioned that you are referring to this website: hidden link
2. If that information is accurate, then this is what I did: I looked over the Automatic Translation account that this website was connected to and I was able to see (as you will see in the screenshot that I attached below) that there has been a total of 76.852 credits assigned to this site, that there has been a total of 74.906 credits that were already used for translating content and that there are 1.946 available credits remaining.
So, because these 1.946 credits are the ones that have not been used already, and because they are stuck (because you said that the website has been infected and probably you can't access it anymore), I offered to return these credits back to your WPML.org account.
From your last message, what I understand (I might be wrong) is that you are requesting for a FULL REFUND of ALL the credits that you have been used on this website (76.852 credits) so that they are sent back to your WPML.org account so that you can REtranslate all the site again.
If that is what you are referring to, unfortunately, we are not able to refund translation credits that have been used already.
We also pay for these credits so once they are used, we have already sent our payment to the translation engine service.

3. This domain (estsnap.com.tr) was never mentioned in the initial message that you left on this ticket. You mentioned just this one (mimozabilisim.com). From what I was able to find now, after you shared the information about this other domain, I was able to see that there were also 41.574 credits that were assigned to that site and that were used in full (I'm attaching a screenshot below).
I am not sure where is my mistake, please help me understand where or how I am trying to do you wrong in any way.

The issue might be because of my English level of conversation. But I wasn't aware that I haven't stated hidden link at my title of the message. I really need to state that (that is not your fault) I can't say wpml plugin had been useful for me.
However, as your presale price tables, you are the best one in the industry.
By the way, the plugin (that is not your fault again) is very technical to use.
To state that, as I supposed that I have stated my infected site (with virus) (I have already deleted it from my server) hidden link in my title of my ticket message. However, if I didn't (sorry it must be because of my English conversational skills or might be your system's technical difficulties) I had supposed that I might be able to use the credits from a deleted website if that isn't in use anymore. But if I am not able to use them you have never stated it in your previous messages. That is again might be about my level of English. However, I wish your ticket system has to be an evaluation feature. Because, (as to me) I couldn't understand that you do not permit to use again the credits even if they were on a site that isn't in use again. Because of that I wasn't aware of that I would not able to use the credits if they were on a site that is not in use anymore, I wouldn't ask you a question as nonsense as that.
By the way that is my excuse I have a bipolar disorder and because of that I have somewhat a feeling of susceptibility because of my illness. If I were somewhat rude in my messages thank you for your understanding.
As I mentioned, the credits that were already used were already used, they can't be used over and over again, they can be used only one time when the content is translated.
