This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where an image updated in the original language is not synchronizing correctly across different language versions of the page. The image appears correctly on the English page but not on other language pages. Solution: 1. We recommend testing with the WordPress default theme and only WPML plugins active, with all other plugins disabled, to confirm that the issue is not being caused by any other code or plugin. 2. Create a new test page and try translating an image using Media Translation. 3. Clear the Elementor cache to ensure no cached versions are interfering with the display. 4. After making changes to the original content, update the translation manually as the image will not sync automatically. Use the WPML Translation Editor and ensure the translation is completed to 100%. 5. If the issue persists, edit the widget, save the page again, and then open the translation editor.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be because the solution is outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
