Background of the issue: I use WordPress 6.8.1, WooCommerce 9.8.5, WPML String Translation 3.3.3, WPML Multilingual CMS 4.7.6, WP All Import Pro 4.11.3, and WP All Import – WooCommerce Import Add-On Pro 4.0.4. I first create the product in English and the other two languages, linking them via WPML. I successfully import the product in English with images for each variation using All Import → New Import → Upload File → Existing Items → WooCommerce Products. Symptoms: Questions: |

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Privacy and Security Policy We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see: **IMPORTANT** - Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access. - If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link |

On the staging site, I went to WPML -> Settings - Media Settings and checked the box "Duplicate media attachments for translations" which had been unchecked. I then ran Start and it took a while but once it was completed, I edited the Italian product and could now see the swatch/variation images on the backend and they are on the frontend as well. hidden link It looks like this has resolved the issue but if you still see the problem somewhere else just let me know and I can look further into it. |

So you clicked the checkbox "Duplicate media attachments for translations" and then clicked on "Apply"? Just like in the screenshot I'm sending you? |

Sorry if I ask you another question, but i think there is a bug: I have selected "When deleting a taxonomy (category, tag or custom), delete translations as well" (like in screenshot, but when I delete variations on NOKOVULCANOV2 in English, in Deutchland and italian, variations are not deleted. Yes, exactly as you show in your screencast is what resolved it for me. As for the second issue, I'll split this into a separate ticket since it is not the same issue. If the previous solution resolves the issue, you can close this ticket and we can continue on the new one. |
