I am trying to:
Dear WPML Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. We are currently experiencing issues with the translations on one of our client's websites that uses the Blocksy theme. The problem lies within the translated templates that have been set up based on a taxonomy linked to pages. This taxonomy, named "Templates", is used to conditionally load certain templates.

Here's the issue we're encountering: The pages have been created and translated, however, the templates are not loading. Despite this, all the data appears to have been transferred correctly. The taxonomies and posts have been translated, and everything seems to be set up properly. However, we're unable to determine what's going wrong.

We've followed all the necessary steps before opening a support ticket as referenced on your website. We've ensured that our system is updated and meets the required specifications, and we've checked for potential conflicts with other themes.

We would greatly appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further information.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi Erik

Pages (or posts?) should load using a template that is specified by a taxonomy assigned to the page (or post), but on your translated pages the correct template is not being used. Is that a correct summary of the problem?

I guess the problem lies in how the templates are conditionally loaded.

Could I get more details about that?

Your summary is accurate. I've reviewed the condition settings and, to my understanding, they appear to be set up correctly.

Would it help if I provided you with access to the WordPress environment, along with a brief guide on how to locate the issue?

Sure, let me set a private reply to get credentials from you.

You may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Somehow i reconfigurated the display conditions while deleting the previous ones first and it all seem to work now... Sorry for wasting your time.
