This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue with their website not displaying normal French characters, but instead showing HTML strings.
Solution:
We recommended the client to first create a full backup of their website. Then, we advised them to follow the workaround provided on our errata page for issues related to the Divi theme where apostrophes display as HTML entities. Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case.
