Hello,
Suddenly I am told in my website's backend that we need to purchase a new license, but my license is not expired, it is valid.

I tired to refresh account again and again, and it does not help.

Please resolve this issue, we have paid you for a year on 2025-11-13, it should be valid.

Also, the plugin OTGS Installer just disappeared. I installed it but it won't activate no matter how many times I try.

I deleted the key from both your interface and out website.
I created a new key.
It registered successfully.
All seems to be working, other that the fact I can't activate the OTGS Installer plugin.

What now?

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support.

I'm glad to hear that the new key resolved the issue. Regarding the OTGS Installer plugin, it is only required when installing the plugin for the first time. If the WPML Core plugin (WPML Multilingual CMS) is already installed and enabled, the OTGS Installer plugin is no longer needed and will be automatically disabled.
