Now I did some database optimizaion myself but I still having problems with "Maximum execution". When deleteting 100 posts at the same time. I get and 500 network timeout error only when wpml plugins are active.
Can you please investigate that and tell me how to fix this?

For your kind information, bulk deleting will always take more time. Additionally, most of your products are variable products. For example, if you have a product with three variations, it will be considered as four products (with a subproduct for each variation), resulting in many entries in the database as well.
So please upgrade to the latest version of WooCommerce(9.1.2) and WPML(4.6.12) after a full site backup. Then delete 50 products as a batch and make sure the issue exist or not.
Hope you have enabled WordPress Debug mode. If the bug exists, please share the debug.log with us. If you can paste your debug.log to http://pastebin.com/index.php and provide me that link it would be great! (This is the cleanest way because sometimes the logs are long and create a complete mess of discussion).
We had a detailed testing in our local test environment. However, we cannot reproduce the following error while updating a product or deleting products in a group of 50 (both in the original language).

So I have a request, please try the following steps on your staging site after a full site backup and let us know your feedback.
1) Upgrade to the latest version of WPML(4.6.12 series)
2) Upgrade to the latest version of all the plugins including WooCommerce
3) Clear all types of caches
4) Try to update a Product or delete Products as a group of 50
5) If the issue exists, deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce
6) Reactivate the plugins as a group of 3-4
7) Try to update a Product or delete Products as a group of 50
Hey I sill have these problems. I did all things you said
I installed Query montor and I see most of the querries are from wpml, also I have 80 dublicated querries on product pages, most from WPML. This is not normal.

The login URL you have shared is expired now. So please share it again. Maybe you are facing this issue because of compatibility conflicts. So to make sure if possible, please do the following steps.
a) Backup your site first[Mandatory]
b) Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like 2023 or 2024
c) Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML except WooCommerce
d) Then check whether the issue exists or not
e) If the issue is gone, activate the plugins as a group of three or four to find which one has an interaction issue
f) Switch back to the original theme of the site
