This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're trying to translate a 'Request Now' button located in the global menu section of your website and the text remains in English, you might be facing an issue with theme or plugin strings not being translated.
Solution:
1. Scan Your Theme and Plugins for Strings
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to WPML → Theme and plugins localization.
- Scroll to the Strings in the plugins section.
- Select your theme and any relevant plugins.
- Click Scan selected plugins for strings.
2. Translate the Button Using String Translation
- After scanning, go to WPML → String Translation.
- Search for 'Request Now'.
- Click the plus (+) icon under the column for your target language.
- Enter your translation and save.
3. Clear Your Cache
- Clear any caching plugins or page builder caches to ensure changes appear.
If you don't find the string, it might be set in theme options, menu settings, or a widget. Also, check if your theme allows setting menu button text in the Customizer. If issues persist, consider checking the related known issues and ensure you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If the solution provided here does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please open a new support ticket.
