Problem:
The customer was experiencing issues with automatic translation being disabled due to no credits, despite having allocated 50000 credits. Additionally, they were unable to activate 'pay as you go' due to an error message stating 'your account has debt', but they cannot find any outstanding amount.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, it is needed to pay the outstanding debt. We can provide a private link for you to make the payment. Once the debt is paid, you will then be able to activate the 'Pay As You Go' option.
