This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to display full property details in Arabic and Spanish on your website. The information is correctly translated but does not appear in these languages. The English version displays correctly.
Solution:
The issue was that admin strings that should not have been translated were being translated, specifically the field names. To resolve this, follow these steps:
1. Go to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Config and add the following configuration to ensure all labels are automatically registered for translation and prevent incorrect string registration:

<wpml-config>
  <admin-texts>
    <key name="wpresidence_admin">
      </key><key name="wpestate_custom_fields_list">
        </key><key name="add_field_label">
          <key name="*"></key>
        </key>

  </admin-texts>
</wpml-config>

2. Navigate to WPML > String Translation > Admin Strings, select all [wpresidence_admin][wpestate_custom_fields_list][add_field_name] options, and click "Remove from String Translation".
3. In WPML > String Translation, select all [wpresidence_admin][wpestate_custom_fields_list][add_field_name] options again and click on "Delete selected strings".

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to display full property details in Arabic and Spanish on my website. The information is correctly translated but does not appear in these languages. Previously, this issue was only with Arabic, but now it also affects Spanish. The English version displays correctly. You can see the issue on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The property details are visible in English but disappear when switching to Arabic or Spanish.

Questions:
Why are the property details not appearing in Arabic and Spanish?
How can I resolve the issue of missing property details in these languages?

Thanks for your reply.

I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply. I've checked and I cannot find a solution to this. I kindly ask for a snapshot of the site for further troubleshooting. Alternatively, with your permission, I can create one myself. For this purpose, I typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:

1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link

2. Consult WPML's instructions on providing supporters with a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the file link there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.

Thanks for your patience. I've prepared a sandbox site here hidden link and installed the required plugins and theme. Could you please replicate the issue over there so that I can escalate this further to our 2nd Tier Support?

Hi Kor
Thanks for your reply

I can't replicate the issue because the property custom field not available in your website copy, and this is the issue

I think we need to put key license to activate the theme and all items and details

Please check the screenshots

The issue is the details in the Property Custom Fields don't appear in any language, except the default language. On our website, English is the default language.

Thanks for your reply. Could you temporarily activate the theme in the sandbox site? Once we're able to replicate the issue, you can deregister the license key and I'll escalate this further to our 2nd Tier Support.

Thanks for your patience. While preparing the report, I have a quick question. I checked under WPResidence Theme Options > General > Property Custom Fields and can see the custom fields you’ve created.

However, could you explain what steps you took to make it appear in the “display” box, as shown in the attached screenshot?
