Problem in Arabic pages (too many redirection) and multisite integration

itsFarouk	Background of the issue: I converted my website from a single WordPress website to a multisite website. The main site is conceptual.ae and the subsite is 'theconceptual.com'. Symptoms: The page 'hidden link' in Arabic is not accessible, and the link 'hidden link' results in a 'too many redirection' error. Questions: How can I resolve the 'too many redirection' error on the Arabic pages? Is there a specific configuration needed for WPML in a multisite setup?
