Hi there,

all products are translated as are the product categories.
Unfortunately they don't show in the product archive.

I already tried synching the taxonomies through WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency.
That didn't help.

The strange thing is, the products start appearing once I edit the translated product and simply click on update.

I now did a few changes to the translation of the category description. Now everything disappeared again.

Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

If the products and their categories have been correctly translated, the products should be displayed appropriately on the Archive page. However, upon reviewing your site, it seems that the products are correctly appearing within the category archive in the English language. Please check this video for a better understanding: hidden link

If you're still not seeing the Products on the Archive page, could you please clear the caches on both your site and browser and then recheck?

If there are particular steps needed to see the issue, please let me know. I will review and provide you with an appropriate solution.

Hi Prosenjit,

thank you for your answer.

They are showing because I went to each individual product and saved them one by one again.
But as soon as I make changes, for example to the english category description (wich I have to do from time to time), they disappear again and I have to go through the entire process again.

Thank you for the update.

If the issue reappears, will you please try the following and check if that helps to solve the issue?

- Please go to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting"
- Click on the buttons marked in this screenshot: hidden link
- Once done, make a small change in the default product and save the changes. This will trigger the translation update. Please complete the translation update.

I hope the product will appear properly in the archive after that. Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help.
