Problem:
The client has been renewing the WPML plugin since 2018 without using it and wants to know if they can get a refund for at least the last payment.
Solution:
If you're in a similar situation, we recommend that you log in to your WPML.org account and submit your refund request here: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/. We will process your request shortly after submission.

We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
