This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to change the content of a widget in different languages on their website. Even after updating the heading from the string translation, the content for each language does not update accordingly. If the content of the French language is updated, the widget shows only the French store, and other language stores do not appear.
Solution:
We recommend using different widgets for each language to manage the content effectively. You can find detailed instructions on how to set this up in our documentation: Translating Widgets. Additionally, try setting your current widget to "English", then create a new widget, add the content in the desired language, and set it for that specific language.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check our related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket if the problem persists. You can do so here: WPML Support Forum.
