[Resolved] Some strings revert back to default language

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate some strings on your site using WPML, but some strings revert back to the default language after you turn off the 'Look for strings while pages are rendered' option.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting.
2. Click on the "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box" button.
3. When the pop-up appears, click "Generate .mo files".
After completing these steps, please wait for the process to end and then check the strings on the front end.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at our support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate some strings on my site hidden link. I am using WPML and following the official WPML docs.

Symptoms:
Some strings revert back to the default language after turning off the 'Look for strings while pages are rendered' option.

IN side cart it shows "Shopping Bag"
In single product page it shows "Explore More ..."

Thanks for your reply. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue and tried to register these strings using the following XML, but it didn't fix the issue.

    <key name="theme_mods_rey-child">

      <key name="single_product_page_related_title"/>
      <key name="header_cart__btn_cart__text"/>
      <key name="header_cart__title"/>

</wpml-config>

Please log in to this hidden link">sandbox site and install the latest version of your theme. After that, please add the same strings to replicate the issue.

Please let me know if the issue is replicable so I can check it and consult our compatibility team.

I installed the official version but I cannot register on your domain I buy from themeforest I have only one License (Purchase cod) they are not allow any development domain separately. Please try to fix on my website.

Hi,

1) I can't see the "Showing All Results" string on the shop page. (hidden link)

2) The shopping bag string is translated correctly after the update.

I removed Showing All Results The main issue is when I changed the default text from theme setting it is not translating

There are the issues on cart page in arabic add something in cart to open the cart page without error.

These are the default string I didn't change it but still it is not translating properly it has the same issue only.
This theme I used many website never faces this issue I think issue in wpml because first I installed mistakenly beta version of wpml then I installed manually the official version I think because of this that issue happened.

Yeah it is translated but how you do it and what we can do for other strings like explore more I changed to default one "Related Product" It translated I will try to agree with this content to client if she agrees so it will okay but if she don't we need to solve the problem of Explore more and other old strings.

The issue should be fixed for all strings; please translate them using String Translation and check if they work correctly.

I re-generated the MO files, which fixed the issue.
