Please go to WPML → String Translation and search for the strings that still need translation.

If you do not find them there, try checking the Admin Texts Translation section, as described here:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-set-a-different-logo/

If the issue remains, please let me know how the footer was created (theme builder, Elementor, WPBakery, widgets, or a custom template). This will help determine where the strings are stored and how they should be translated.
