This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where a post-type set as "Not translatable" is still generating accessible URLs in other languages,
Solution:
We want to inform you that this is expected behavior. Posts, pages, or products without language information can still be accessed if the language is typed directly into the URL. This happens even though these URLs are not generated by WPML. For a similar case, you can refer to our forum discussion here.

If this solution doesn't seem relevant to your situation, please feel free to open a new support ticket in our support forum.

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

It is similar to this case https://wpml.org/forums/topic/why-not-translatable-post-type-is-generating-other-language-url/#post-13601601

We see that is normal behavior, the post (or page, product) without language information can be accessed from anywhere. We can type the language directly into the URL to view the post but that URL is not generated by WPML.

I hope I was helpful. Don't hesitate to ask if you find any problem along the way, I'll gladly help you.
