Background of the issue:
I am trying to sync my English and Arabic pages on my site hidden link using WPML.

On my footer page , in Arabic language , english tabs are being displayed

Symptoms:
The synchronization between the English and Arabic pages is not working.

Questions:
How can I successfully sync my English and Arabic pages using WPML?

The English tabs in the footer are the widgets which need Arabic translation. Please see https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/ for more details.

ok , i have enabled browser auto redirect. When someone visits from middle east , he sees /ar , but most of content is in english , even though stuff is already translated.. can you be kind enough to login and check if all my settings are ok. It would help me alot.........

For the other question/issue, I recommend opening a separate ticket/chat because as per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket/chat. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket.

Please let me know if you need more help regarding the original issue about translating widgets in the footer, or feel free to close this ticket as resolved.

My main problem :

ok , i have enabled browser auto redirect. When someone visits from middle east , he sees /ar , but most of content is in english , even though stuff is already translated.

This was main problem , widget is secondry problem. I think this needs to resolve in this ticket.

Also i am getting late response , how we we be quick in this regard.

Please hidden link">watch my screen recording, as I'm currently in the middle east but I am seeing English site by default. However, when I switch to Arabic, I see Arabic site.

Can you please record your screen to show what exactly is happening? And if there are any particular steps you want me to take, to reproduce the issue, please let me know.

Other than that you may also clear browser caches or check in the incognito mode to confirm if cache isn't producing false results.

Live chat option not appearing , what is the best time for live chat ( US time ) ?

Problem is when someone browser language is arabic and when they open website they are redirected to arabic page but most of stuff is in english although its translated.

You'll find the chat option in the same place. Although our support is available 24/7 but sometimes if no supporter is available in the chat, then you can only report via the ticket. You may try some other time, if you're not finding it in your usual hours.
