Theme and Plugins Localisation cannot be opened and it shows critical error

adriO	Hay Kor, Great. Thanks... Note: when I go to WPML -> Theme and Plugins Localisation I get a critical error. I can hit the back button but still, I'm not able to enter this option. Yet another ticket? LOL

I've applied the fix here https://wpml.org/errata/flux-checkout-fatal-error-uncaught-valueerror-unknown-format-specifier-t/ and the WPML -> Theme and Plugins Localisation can be accessed now. Please check.
